Privacy Policy for Calcio Central

Effective date: July 18, 2026 · Published by Ludis Games

This Privacy Policy explains how Ludis Games ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile game Calcio Central (the "App"), available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

In short: we collect the data needed to run the game — an account identifier, your game progress, device information, and diagnostics. Your account and game data are stored with Supabase, our backend provider, which also handles sign-in. We show ads through AppLovin MAX and its advertising partners, and use Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. We never sell your personal data, and you can delete your account and data at any time (see Section 9).

1.Who we are

The App is developed and published by Ludis Games, the developer named on the App's store listings on Google Play and the Apple App Store. For any privacy question or request, contact us at itay@ludisgames.com.

2.Information we collect

a. Information you provide

  • Account information. We create and manage your account through Supabase Auth, our authentication provider. When you sign up or sign in — using an email address, or a Google or Apple account — we receive an account identifier and, depending on the sign-in method, your email address and a display name.
  • Profile choices. A nickname, avatar, or other profile details you choose to set in the App.
  • Support messages. The contents of messages you send us, and the email address you send them from.

b. Information collected automatically

  • Device and technical data. Device model, operating system version, language, screen properties, app version, and general performance data.
  • Identifiers. Depending on your platform: the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID (Android), or the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA — only with your permission) and Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) (iOS). We also use a Firebase installation ID and an internal player ID assigned to your account by Supabase.
  • Approximate location. A coarse, country/region-level location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise (GPS) location.
  • Gameplay and usage data. Game progress, scores, results, session length, and how you interact with features of the App.
  • Diagnostics. Crash logs and error reports, including the state of the App at the time of a crash.

c. Purchase information

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play (on Android) or Apple's App Store (on iOS). We receive purchase records (such as the product purchased, an order identifier, and the time of purchase) so we can deliver what you bought and prevent fraud. We never receive or store your full payment card details.

3.How we use information

  • To operate the App and provide its core features;
  • To save your progress and sync it across your devices;
  • To run online features such as leaderboards and rankings;
  • To display advertising (see Section 4);
  • To measure how the App is used and improve gameplay, balance, and stability;
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse;
  • To deliver purchases and maintain a record of transactions;
  • To respond to your support requests; and
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We use your data only for the purposes described in this policy and as reasonably expected within the App's functionality.

4.Advertising

The App shows advertising, including rewarded and display ads, delivered through AppLovin MAX, an ad mediation platform. Through MAX, ads may be served by AppLovin and by third-party ad networks participating in its mediation. These advertising partners may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or, on iOS, the IDFA with your permission), IP address, coarse location, and device information to serve, personalize, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising. You can learn how AppLovin handles this data, and find its list of mediation partners, in the AppLovin Privacy Policy.

  • iOS — App Tracking Transparency. On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the IDFA is accessed for tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using the IDFA.
  • Your choices. On Android, you can delete or reset your Advertising ID and opt out of ads personalization in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads). On iOS, you can manage tracking permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Consent. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), we ask for your consent through an in-app consent message before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time from the App's privacy settings.

5.Analytics & crash reporting

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used (for example, sessions, progression, and feature usage) and Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and diagnose stability problems. These services process device information, identifiers, and usage events on our behalf. You can read about Firebase's privacy practices at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

6.When we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that process data on our behalf to run the App:
    • Supabase — our backend platform; hosts our database, authentication, file storage (such as avatars), and realtime services, and stores your account, profile, game progress, cloud saves, and leaderboard data on our behalf (privacy policy)
    • Google Play Services & Google Play Billing (Android) — app distribution, sign-in, and purchases (privacy policy)
    • Apple App Store & Apple services (iOS) — app distribution, purchases, and, where used, Sign in with Apple (privacy policy)
    • AppLovin MAX and its mediated ad network partners — advertising (privacy policy)
    • Google Analytics for Firebase & Firebase Crashlytics — analytics and crash reporting (privacy information)
  • Other players. If you appear on a leaderboard or use social features, your display name, avatar, and scores are visible to other players. Your email address is never shown to other players.
  • Legal reasons. If required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or ourselves.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, with notice as required by law.

7.Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), stored on managed cloud infrastructure operated by reputable providers such as Supabase, our backend platform, and access is restricted to what is needed to operate the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond appropriately to any incident.

8.Data retention

  • Account and gameplay data are stored in Supabase and kept for as long as your account is active.
  • Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for Firebase for up to 14 months, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
  • Crash logs are retained for approximately 90 days.
  • Purchase and transaction records are kept as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

When data is no longer needed for the purposes above, we delete it or anonymize it.

9.Deleting your account & data

You can delete your account and the data associated with it at any time:

  • In the App: go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.
  • On the web: follow the steps on our account deletion page, or email us at itay@ludisgames.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Account deletion request".

When you delete your account, we permanently delete your account, profile, game progress, cloud saves, and leaderboard entries within 30 days. Copies held in backups are removed within 90 days. We may retain a limited set of records where required for legal compliance, accounting, or fraud prevention, as described in Section 8; such data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.

10.Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (for example, for personalized ads). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at itay@ludisgames.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

  • EEA, UK & Switzerland. We process your data on the legal bases of contract performance (running the game), consent (personalized advertising), and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and improving the App). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
  • California. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You may exercise your rights to know, delete, and correct through the contact details above.

11.Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at itay@ludisgames.com and we will delete it promptly.

12.International transfers

Our service providers may process data on servers located outside your country — for example, our backend provider, Supabase, hosts our data in a cloud region we select. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the providers' certified data transfer frameworks, and we require an equivalent level of protection wherever your data is processed.

13.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will provide additional notice inside the App or on our store listing. The current version is always available at this URL.
